Hello

We have been busy today with meeting friends and keepig up everyone! Its 9Pm and Reuben is active as he would have just woken up. NOt sure where his energy comes from but he has certainly got loads.

Here some photos that we took today of Reuben playing with Joseph and on his own under the coffee tables. He certainly enjoyed company and was in his element.
This evening we discovered his second tooth (bottom) has come through....

The DAY in LONDON

Hello

Reuben spent the day well and truely in London! Wow he got so excited in the end he was jumping up and down in the train and screaming with delight to the entertainment of the passengers. In short this is what we did, (after a very noisy night)we met up with the Jarvis's (that is Reuben's friend Cameron and his parents Natalie and Carlton) in the Rain Forest Caffee in Picadily Circus and we had a lovely breakfast at 11:30am. This was also lunch. We enjoyed the lovely rainforest and the tropical birds, the fish and the monkeys&elephans, Crocodiles.... not to mention the thunder the rain...all very exciting feeling like we should go and see all this for real.We did not take many pics as R decieded just before we were ready to go to take a nap...all the excitment of train, underground and rainforest must have got him well and truley tired. Still he woke before we came out so as you can see he has enjoyed being a cheecky monkey, talking to the crocodile/alighator thing...and was not phased by them at all. He is gona love danger that is FOR SURE!!!
We then walked up Hamleys where we all enjoyed the toys....then to Oxford Street where we popped into Debenhams for a nappy change and a sleep. We then ate and walked some more all the way to Charring Cross where our train waited for us. Got to Eltham where our car was parked and then we popped into the chinese there for a quick meal before we hit the road home. R slept, woke, ate, and finally bathed and collapsed into sleep after daddy rocked him to sleep in his pushchair...:))cheeky monkey...peps too excited!!!

Hello

We still have one tooth, mummy is still knackered from the sleepless nights, still swimming and still alive. Some pictures to keep you all entertained. Ah, they are of Reuben playing and watching baby einstein, and one in the chinese eating a prawn cracker. Ah, and trying to crawl.

17th March 2008 7 MONTHS OLD HURRAY

Hello

Yes, finally we hit 7months! R has had an awful night mummy had a terrible migrane so we had to wake Annamaria to help around 6:30am after mummy and daddy was up pretty much all night. We must have watched Baby Einstein to death and listened to the lovely Romanian music without any help. So today he decided to be an angel. Isn't it interesting how sometimes just when you think you are at the end you somehow manage to start again....with some new hope?! We now have a well visible tooth (bottom jaw) and we have eaten tomatoes this morning and breadcrust (taht isfrom Lorenzo;s french baguette?! and well it was fun. Here some pictures of today. We had a long walk with daddy in the sunshine on the ESPLANADE. Enjoyed the swings and off course watched TV and nearly crawled.

Reuben 7 months very nearly nearly

Hello Reuben has been busy bee today! He had visitors Tina and Jeff one pair of God parents. Just in time for his 7 months anniversary ....which is tomorrow. So, after all that he has got so hyper we needed to bath but its been so much splishy splashy its been just DURACELLY. Anyway, here is some photos and a small video (fingers crossed it will show...). My valentines!

Hello

A few pictures from a very teething R! He has now two bottom teeth that have cut through but not showing as much....and he is not really interested in them...yet! I thought they would be immediatley visible but now I understand they need to grow out too....I guess. Anyway, a very horrible night last night as we went to Bwater to meet daddy and spend some time together in style after all was V day! Well, R was lovely and good but then he realised his schedule was messed up he wasn;t ready for bed at 7:30 as usual so from there we had a difficult evening and night. NO more messing up schedules. This means R is very tired and sleepy today and so is mummy...
Still here some pictures of us together....
Perhaps we don;t look as bad as we feel!!

Nearly 7 months! Where did time go?

Ah, Reuben is nearly 7 months old! He is a right little pickle. He is enjoying people still and loves swings...we now try and get to these daily so he has some fresh air and a good old laugh....he screams with excitment and attracts all attention but he is such a sweaty you can't but love him. Still up and down with sleeps but really badly teething.... This week we took loads of photos so here are some of the really good ones! Mxx

Reuben 17lb 2oz, 7kg 74gr - 29 weeks old

Hello As you can see above Reuben is putting on weight well and is gaining much strenght....and is becoming a little wiser older etc...(we wish). He remains a truley amazing character...loves baby einstein and in the night garden his favourite toys are his new activity play place and wish bear, tigger and anything chewable. He is absolutley bissotten with seeing daddy just one problem when I say the word teddy he is confused as daddy doesn;t show up....so he is looking at me very puzzeled. He loves his friends accept we are learning that the toys the others grabs are more interesting than the ones we already aquired....still loves people and enjoys bounce and rhyme at the library on Mondays, swimming when possible, the strolls and watching the verous interesting things....around us....and sleeps less and less.... Remains really interested in food and very adventurous....having had artichoke+beetroot and apple...yummmmmyyyyy OK here some pictures we took today with the new play activity thing, with the friends "wednesday group" and with daddy's new car (we wish) or shall I say the favourite car on Rochester highstreet. talk soon....

Hello

Here are a few pictures taken recently...one with daddy reading a story while mummy did the ironing, and a few in the window seal which is the newest hobby R is enjoying being at our level so constantly wants to be standing up on the table, in the window etc. He has been suferring with teeting and a cold poor little man ....no teeth yet. Nights have been a battle with all sorts of wakes hourly, half hourly and other....

Mummy is stressed as final exam part two is happening on Monday but brain is too engaged to do any more than what she has already done. ONce this is over there is much work to be done in terms of portfolio and some assignments for when she is comming back from Romania.....only 48 days and we are off for a months to Romania....
Hope that R is turning a corner with teething pains....
